Free initial consultation
- Duration: up to 30 minutes.
- Informative in nature.
- Online.
- A brief presentation of the challenges the client is facing.
- An agreement for an introductory coaching session if we realize that we are a good match and that I can help you solve your challenges.
The free consultation is without any obligation. The purpose is to obtain information and to become acquainted with each other. It takes place at an agreed time – in person or via a selected application that enables video calls, lasting approx. 30 minutes. During the consultation, you present the challenges you are facing and what you would like to achieve. If we realize that we can get along fine, and that I can help you on the path to change, we will set up an introductory session.
The purpose of the free session is:
- you to reveal in a confidential and honest conversation what your challenges, expectations and aspirations are;
- to determine whether there is the right energy flow between us and whether it is possible to establish trust;
- to check whether I can help you on the path to transformation and to determine the most suitable manner of collaboration for you.
Introductory coaching meeting

• Duration: 60 to 90 min.
• Online or live (by arrangement).
• In-depth discussion about the challenges, which is the basis for designing a suitable program.
• Agreement on collaboration.
• Presentation of the mode of operation.
After we agree on collaboration, we have an introductory meeting, which takes place online or in person (by agreement). At this meeting, we agree on the mode of operation, such as: confidentiality, meeting intervals, payment method, etc. We discuss challenges and expectations more in detail.
After this meeting, I will also ask you to fill out a questionnaire before the first coaching session, where you provide more detailed information about your current and desired state, by individual life segments. Based on this, I will more easily prepare a framework program, in which we define the goal of the program and its content, which will best support you on your way to the desired changes / transformation. At this meeting, we also plan the session intervals, the mode of operation and the use of techniques and tools. I will send you the program for a review and we discuss it further at the first coaching session.
It may happen that at this meeting we realize that for some reason, on one side or the other, further cooperation will no longer be possible or meaningful, so we can go our separate ways.
Further coaching sessions

• Mostly online.
• Review of work and tasks from the previous session.
• Work according to the agreed program, using various techniques and tools.
• Agreement on tasks that the client will complete by the next session.
• Agreement on the date of the next session.
Coaching sessions take place at agreed time, approximately every 14 days, and last approx. 60 to 90 minutes, mostly via a selected application that enables video calling (e.g. Skype, Viber, Messenger or Zoom). For this, you need a quiet place where no one will disturb you, a table, a chair and of course technology. The work takes place according to the agreed program, namely, at the beginning we review the previous meeting and discuss the tasks completed. During
the session, we work according to the program and at the end we agree on the date of the next session and the tasks that the client will complete by then. The tasks are recommended for easier and faster achievement of results. They are not demanding, but require some time, attention and effort. However, they will definitely support you in your efforts to improve your well-being and mood. I encourage writing tasks by hand, as this has many beneficial effects on our brains and emotions and feelings.
Sometimes intense emotions are triggered during sessions, especially when revealing patterns that are not serving you (e.g. limiting beliefs). In a controlled environment and in an appropriate manner, I help the client to face emotions, process them, and learn to deal with them.

I am grateful to Gordana and at the same time happy that she stood by my side and helped me in difficult moments (e.g. panic attacks, fears, pain, self-doubt, jealousy and other things) during the long process of my personal transformation. Now I set goals that I would like to achieve and I am getting better at it every day, because I already achieve most of them. I have also learned to “celebrate small victories”, because these small steps lead me to achieving even more demanding goals.
